The 2013 NFL Draft excitement resumes tonight when the second and third rounds get underway starting at 6:30pm ET.

The Saints don't have a second round draft pick, thanks to Roger Goodell, but they'll be back on the clock with the 75th overall pick in the third round.

Teams will have 7 minutes to make their second round selections and just 5 minutes in the third round.

WHAT:

78th Annual National Football League Player Selection Meeting.

WHERE:

Radio City Music Hall, 1260 Avenue of the Americas, New York City (Between 50th and 51st Streets).

WHEN:

8:00 PM ET, Thursday, April 25 (Round 1).

6:30 PM ET, Friday, April 26 (Rounds 2-3).

Noon ET, Saturday, April 27 (Rounds 4-7).

The first round will conclude on Thursday by approximately 11:15 PM ET. In 2012, the first round consumed exactly three hours. The second and third rounds will conclude on Friday by approximately 10:30 PM ET. The second and third rounds took three hours and 48 minutes in 2012. The draft will conclude by approximately 7:30 PM ET on Saturday with the final four rounds. Rounds 4 through 7 took seven hours and 17 minutes in 2012.

DRAFTING:

Representatives of the 32 NFL clubs by telephone communication with their general managers, coaches and scouts.

ROUNDS:

Seven Rounds - Round 1 on Thursday, April 25; Rounds 2 and 3 on Friday, April 26; and Rounds 4 through 7 on Saturday, April 27.

There will be 254 selections, including 32 compensatory choices that have been awarded to 16 teams that suffered a net loss of certain quality unrestricted free agents last year.

The following 32 compensatory choices will supplement the 222 regular choices in the seven rounds -

Round 3: Houston, 33; Kansas City, 34; Tennessee, 35. Round 4: Baltimore, 33; San Francisco, 34; Detroit, 35; Atlanta, 36. Round 5: Miami, 33; Green Bay, 34; Baltimore, 35. Round 6: Houston, 33; Tennessee, 34; Baltimore, 35; Kansas City, 36; Oakland, 37; Pittsburgh, 38. Round 7: Philadelphia, 33; Cincinnati, 34; Seattle, 35; Seattle, 36; Atlanta, 37; Atlanta, 38; Detroit, 39; San Francisco, 40; Baltimore, 41; Tennessee, 42; Atlanta, 43; Miami, 44; Cincinnati, 45; San Francisco, 46; New York Giants, 47; Indianapolis, 48.

The New York Jets (Nos. 9 and 13), St. Louis Rams (Nos. 16 and 22) and Minnesota Vikings (Nos. 23 and 25) have two selections in the first round. Seattle, Tampa Bay and Washington do not have first-round picks. All other teams have one first-round selection.

TIME LIMITS:

Round 1: 10 minutes per selection. Round 2: Seven minutes per selection. Rounds 3 through 7: Five minutes per selection.

TELEVISION:

NFL Network, ESPN/ESPN 2 will televise the draft on all three days.

INTERNET & MOBILE:

New for this year, Draft Xtra - a feature on the NFL '13 app - offers a comprehensive second-screen companion to NFL Network and NFL.com Live's coverage of the 2013 NFL Draft. The free, downloadableDraft Xtra on NFL ‘13 app will have both on-demand and live video featuring Elliot Harrison, Bucky Brooksand Dave Dameshek conducting numerous interviews with NFL draftees, NFL greats, and fans in attendance at Radio City Music Hall.
