2009 Mock Draft Database

CSC Incredibly Huge Mock Draft Database Updated. Not So Incredibly Huge Anymore.

I meant to update our incredibly huge mock draft database right after the Combine but then the insanity of free agency hit us and it just got left behind for a bit. Things have finally settled down a bit and I just now got around to it.

It turns out that since the Combine a majority but not all of the mock drafts have been updated. The ones that weren't, however, I have taken off the list so our incredibly huge database can now only really be best described as just pretty darn big. Just to go over some of the details here:

  • There were originally 142 original mock drafts.
  • There are now only 92 total mock drafts. This, of course, means that 50 mocks were dropped from our database.
  • All mock drafts had to have been updated after the Combine to be included on the list.
  • 22 mock drafts had the same picks for the Saints as they did when we first examined them. Those are denoted with an *.

Let's take a look at the breakdown shall we?

New Orleans Saints Gigantically Huge Mock Draft Database: The Big Board

Here's how this works: Directly below is a list of every player picked by one of the 142 mock drafts and how many times they were picked. After the jump is the actual database that lists the mock draft and the player they think the Saints will draft with the 14th pick in the first round. Many of the sites offer analysis and explanation for their choice and some don't. If you're looking for more info on their draft pick decision feel free to click on any of the mock draft site links to read more. As we get closer to the draft many of these sites will update their mocks, particulalry after the Combine, so I will try and keep on top of this. If anyone would like to offer help, that would be appreciated. You will be able to find this database any time you like in the "2009 Mock Draft Database" section found on the left sidebar.

Impressive? Of course it is. So without further ado I present to you the greatests and most comprehensive New Orleans Saints mock draft database ever compiled.
