CSC's Drink of the Week: Cowboy Killer

I have never been happier to present our sponsored drink of the week following the Saints narrow 30-27 win over the Dallas Cowboys yesterday evening. With games normally on Sunday our drink has always been inspired by the teams upcoming opponent. But since their work is already done for the week, and done successfully, this is a chance to gloat a little.

Enter this wonderfully named recipe I found from the fine folks over at DrinksMixer.com. Just like the Saints performance yesterday this drink is aptly called the Cowboy Killer, though after this Thanksgiving classic, they might want to think about renaming it Malcolm Jenkins

Your libation education can be found after the jump.

CSC's Drink of the Week: The Sea Hawk

It's almost happy hour time and the start of weekend shenanigans. Yay! Once again I present to you another Saints opponent-inspired cocktail randomly found on the internet. Double Yay!

This week's drink is aptly named Sea Hawk and was found at ThatsTheSpirit.com (Personal note: I love the alcohol-inspired website names where I find these random recipes). You'll have to a well stocked bar to mix this one up otherwise you're going to have to spend a lot of money at your local liquor/grocery store and specifically buy each of the necessary ingredients, only to find out this drink sucks. (Like the actual Seattle football Seahawks?) To be honest, I can't even imagine what this would taste like. I would love if someone out there could actually put this together and let us know how it is.

Jump on over to learn just what goes into this unique concoction.

CSC's Drink of the Week: Lazy Sunday

Since the Saints have a bye week, I don't have any opponent-inspired drink to share with you this week. But the team and it's fans will get a chance to relax this weekend and maybe watch some of the other teams around the league duke it out. So this weeks drink recipe, discovered at WhatToDrink.com, is the appropriately named 'Lazy Sunday.'

Make the jump to find out what goes into this concoction. Then make one yourself as you enjoy a day off from being a Saints fan.

CSC's Drink of the Week: Panther Piss

I'm often amazed at what can be found on the internet. So when I was looking for a concoction to go with this weeks Saints/Panthers matchup for our Captain Morgans sponsored post, I typed "drink recipe Panther" into my favorite search engine. I was pleasantly surprised to find the perfect creation from a website called DrinksMixer.com. It's called Panther Piss. I know, it's great.

Actually, it sounds very refreshing and reading the ingredients right now is making me thirsty though I'm not really sure how the drink got it's name. Make the jump to learn how get one in your mouth right now.

CSC's Drink of the Week: Black and Gold

We've got a new sponsor on board and I think this is one a lot of you guys might really enjoy. Every Friday for the next five weeks, I will be hooking you up with a drink recipe inspired by that weeks Saints game. Feel free to try them out yourself or offer your own Saints-inspired cocktail recipe in the comment section below.

Since the Saints are taking on the Steelers this week and there is much debate as to which teams colors are truly Black & Gold, I used that as my inspiration for our beverage this week. Plus, I found the perfect concoction right here at About.com.

Make the jump to learn how to make it.
