"I think I have been (tense) at times," Henderson admitted. "At times, you know, you put a little more pressure on yourself than you need to. I think I did that often. Now I know what to do. I know the offense and everything, so it’s just a matter of going out there and doing the right things.

"I’m just trying to be more relaxed, especially in my route-running and stuff like that," he said. "I have to learn to be patient and not rush into things. I’ve been rushing through routes, and you really have more time than you think."

"If you said at the beginning of the week or the start of this that there was going to be one little skirmish, I think both coaches would've said that was fine," Payton said. "What you don't want is for it to become something really that is a detriment to the practice."

"Just one of those freak things that happened," Thomas said. "I went to throw somebody and they grabbed the back of my arm and I heard a tear."

"It’s tough news to hear," said defensive tackle Brian Young. "These things happen, though, and while it’s always hard to see a teammate and someone as likeable as Hollis get hurt, we know that we have the talent to keep going. We have some really good depth at the position and a good mix of older players and younger players and I think that we’ll be okay."
