Panthers 16, Saints 13

The Saints left so many points on the field -- the two Mare mishaps and the critical penalty on Brown that nullified a touchdown come to mind immediately. Looking back, we all believed that the first game of the season against Indianapoils would be a measuring stick game -- and it was. It told us that the 2007 Saints weren't a very good team. And they've reinforced this every week.

Dropped passes, missed kicks, blocked kicks, bad penalties ... at least the secondary showed up.

Reggie had 30 touches but only 117 yards. That's not going to cut it.

Listening to Payton's press conference ... sounds like heads may be rolling this week. They should.

Once again, Weatherford is my choice for MVP. Vote for yours below.
