Bucs CB Aqib Talib has been suspended four games, starting Sunday vs. KC, for using Adderall. Talib does not plan to appeal his suspension.

Adderall is a stimulant, specifically an amphetamine. That is why it is banned as a performance enhancing drug.

If anyone wants to know why a drug like Adderall is banned by the NFL, can be traced back to ephedra & the death of Korey Stringer in 2001.

Attention NFL players: If you're partying, and someone hands you a blue pill for a pick-me-up, it could lead to a four-game suspension.
