NFL Week 9 Picks and Betting Odds

For the second straight week I went an impressive 10-3 with my picks, which makes me much better at this than you. So do yourself a favor and take my advice on all my Week 9 NFL winners.

Jim Brown-US PRESSWIRE

Chiefs (1-6) @ Chargers (3-4)

Favorite: Chargers by 8

I don't know who the hell thought it was a good idea to give the Chiefs 8 points. If you're betting against the spread, you gotta go with the Chiefs. Otherwise, I think the Chargers win. They gotta win sometime, right?

Broncos (4-3) @ Bengals (3-4)

Favorite: Broncos by 4

These two teams are heading in opposite directions. The Bengals have lost their last three games while the Broncos have won their past two. Gotta go with the hot team, Denver.

Ravens (5-2) @ Browns (2-6)

Favorite: Ravens by 4

The Ravens are a much better team than Cleveland. That should show on the field this Sunday.

Cardinals (4-4) @ Packers (5-3)

Favorite: Packers by 10

This is the easiest game to pick this week. Packers in a landslide.

Bills (3-4) @ Texans (6-1)

Favorite: Texans by 10

Another easy game to choose the winner. The Texans are too good and at home. The 10-point spread is enticing however.

Dolphins (4-3) @ Colts (4-3)

Favorite: Dolphins by 1.5

Both teams are on a hot streak. I think the Colts are starting to get their act together. They get the upset.

Lions (3-4) @ Jaguars (1-6)

Favorite: Lions by 4

The Jaguars are just plain bad. Detroit takes this game easily.

Bears (6-1) @ Titans (3-5)

Favorite: Bears by 3.5

I like to think of the Bears as the worst good team in the NFL. Their defense should be enough to take down the Titans.

Panthers (1-6) @ Redskins (3-5)

Favorite: Redskins by 3

Young mobile quarterback vs. young mobile quarterback. Which one is better? RGIII and the Skins, says me.

Buccaneers (3-4) @ Raiders (3-4)

Favorite: Raiders by 1.5

This is a tough one. Hate to say it but I think I gotta go with our NFC South rivals.

Vikings (5-3) @ Seahawks (4-4)

Favorite: Seahawks by 4

The Seahawks have been away from home the past two weeks and lost. Now back in Seattle, they use the Vikings to get back on track with the help of the 12th man.

Steelers (4-3) @ Giants (6-2)

Favorite: Giants by 3.5

This game is going to get physical. The Giants will use Superstorm Sandy as added motivation and win this one for their NY/NJ fans who really need something to lift their spirits right now. Sound familiar?

Cowboys (3-4) @ Falcons (7-0)

Favorite: Falcons by 4

I know the Cowboys have a history of taking down undefeated teams but I think they blow their opportunity this week and allow the Saints the honor of doing it next week.

Eagles (3-4) @ Saints (2-5)

Favorite: Saints by 3

The Saints are actually favored? Shocking! Gotta admit I'm nervous about this one. I'm going to go with my head, not my heart, and say the Eagles win.
