It's about that time for pads slappin and helmets crackin!

Just had a great run, a light lift now I am about to get in my pool and do a pool workout it's to ☀ out for me not to...

We all have visions of doing something .. Hardest part is mentally making that change in your life. Stay around positive people.

Just finish some great speed work! Time to recover and go back to work one more time!

My thoughts are random but I often find myself trying to figure out pieces to the puzzle

I like to be by myself at times because it gives me a sense of peace.. Eases my mind

Nice breakdown. Why 2012 is such a huge year for . RT : here's the link to the Saints cap status:

. Please refrain from retweeting as he has taken steps to prevent the general public from seeing his tweets.

Huge street cred hit for there. Ouch.

We cant expect others to think like us, there life isn't like ours we all haven't been threw the same Everyone has been threw something diff

This guy!

I am a man I am not perfect but no one will stand in my way of being great whether it's playing football or not. Man I'm on a mission...

Everything happens for a reason.

Even though it's Wednesday I hope everyone does something today that makes you smile!

Waiting on the tweets in Dez's defense to start flowing. "I mean, who hasn't slapped their mama around a little?"

RT Yeah, beating the s*** out of your mom is pretty bad. But there's no evidence that he got paid to do it. I'm thinking 1 game.

Happy hump day everyone. Time to go to work. Make today great!

Just left Kingston Mines ... Good times and good music.

": any chance I could get your autograph at a camp. i usually sit in the handicapped section at the camps"no prob!

Vilma gets a July 26 hearing on his effort to delay suspension | ProFootballTalk
It’s somewhat surprising that the wheels of justice have moved so slowly. Part of the delay comes from the fact that, as we understand it, Judge Helen G. Berrigan was out of the country for most of last week.

Daily Special, July 18, 2012 - Who Dat Social Club
The arguments have been too detailed, the denials too vehement, to believe anymore that Goodell could simply be mistaken. Vitt might as well come right out and say "Roger is a lying sack of s***," because that’s the way it’s going to sound to the public anyway, no matter how politely he phrases it.

Officials say NFL planned lockout - New Orleans Saints Football NFL News -
"Lockout seems to be their negotiating strategy with everyone," said referee Scott Green, president of the NFLRA, clearly referring to the lockout of the players in 2011. "We don't want to be locked out. We want to get back to the table and get this resolved."

Roger Goodell awfully quiet during players' arrest-laden offseason - NFL News | FOX Sports on MSN
Has the subtle media backlash in response to how the league handled the Bountygate case behind closed doors, without publicly releasing the evidence, caused the commissioner to take a back seat on commenting on this nightmarish offseason of arrests and foul behavior?

NFC South not as small as you think - NFC South Blog - ESPN
The only television market with an NFL team that’s smaller than New Orleans is Green Bay, which is No. 69. We all know Green Bay and the Packers are a special situation, with die-hard fans that care about little else than their team. In a lot of ways, I think New Orleans has become a lot like Green Bay.

Ricky Williams digging life, post-"graduation" from football | ProFootballTalk
If you thought Ricky Williams might be missing football, think again. The former Saints, Dolphins and Ravens running back, now a retired free spirit, said his job of the previous 13 year never appealed to him. Of course, that’s why there were absences in those 13 years as well.
