Saints 2012 Training Camp Starts Today

Well Saints fans, the wait is finally over. Today is the official start of the team's 2012 training camp, which means it's also the end of what will forever be known as the most unpleasant offseason in team history. I think I speak for all Who Dats when I say...

Thank the f***ing lord!

Today is simply reporting day, when players take their physicals and sit in on meetings, and tomorrow is conditioning tests. So technically the real fun doesn't begin until Thursday, when the team hits the field for their first practice. Then padded practices will start this Saturday, July 28th.

In case you missed it, the Saints full training camp schedule can be found right here on our website. For those of you lucky enough to be attending any of the practices, remember that it's first-come, first-served and the team often moves practice indoors and closes them to the public with little or no advanced warning.

Of course we'll be covering all the training camp happenings extremely close here on Canal Street Chronicles and updating fans with any and all important news, so you'll want to keep checking back here regularly.
