Below are answers to reader questions submitted last Monday. Special thanks to all those that participated. Feel free to continue the discussion on any of these topics in the comment section below.

What do you think will happen If Vilma wins his civil lawsuit against Goodell and the NFL? - French F.

First of all, I don't think Vilma is going to win. I would consider it a victory if he even gets the NFL to reveal all their evidence, which I also think is a longshot. But if I'm wrong on both counts I'd say Vilma is entitled to a bunch of money and a public apology at the least. Goodell would certainly take a PR hit but I don't think much would change for him otherwise.

What's your opinion on the Nation's hate 4 the Saints now. I c the comments of people from most of the other 31 NFL-teams on a lot of other forums &, i.m.o., we r definitely the most reviled franchise now. Total shame, considering we were loved a couple of years ago. sucks :/ - James M.

I'm honestly okay with it. What other fans think of the Saints is of no consequence to me. And if the Saints do as well as we all hope they will next season, the hate from other fans will only grow stronger so you might want to get used to it. By the way, we don't have a character limit with our comments so feel free to spell out your words in their entirety.

How Red will God-dell’s face be when he hands the Lombardi to Vitt and Drew in February, and how much will your tickets cost you for the SB as a Season Ticket Holder? - Chad L.

That would be weird, huh? Handing the trophy to Vitt? Anyway, Goodell's face won't be red because he thinks he's doing the right thing with this entire bounty scandal. As for my ticket, I would hope that I could score another media credential from the NFL.

Does running a blog make things like Season Tickets, subscriptions, and such, tax deductible expenses? Not that I even would have the time to consider starting one…but maybe one day if I get to retire. - Chad L.

I'm not sure about season tickets, but if I paid for subscriptions like ESPN Insider I'm sure I would be able to take a deduction for it. If you're wondering, I don't deduct anything like that from my taxes though I do report my minimal income from SB Nation.

Do you think the recent signing of three draft picks is a good sign for the Brees contract situation? - Josh W.

No. I don't think they have anything to do with each other on a direct level like that.

In your opinion, If you had to list them in order, who will get the most carries, most rushing yards, and most YPC? - Ryan E.

Wow, I like this question. And it's a tough one because I really have no idea how the Saints would rotate their running backs if all remain healthy. Not a bad problem to have. I'm confident in my answer for most carries and most yards per carry, it's the total rushing yards that has me hung up.

Most carries - Mark Ingram, Pierre Thomas, Chris Ivory, Darren Sproles

Most rushing yards - Pierre Thomas, Darren Sproles, Chris Ivory, Mark Ingram

Most yards per carry - Darren Sproles, Pierre Thomas, Chris Ivory, Mark Ingram

What do you miss most about football during the offseason, besides watching/going to actual games of course? - Malcolm L.

What else is there besides watching and going to games? That's pretty much why I'm a fan.

What do you think will happen with Brees' contract on Breesageddon? - Dan K.

Breesageddon is one specific day, July 16th 2012, so am I to assume that you are assuming Drew doesn't sign until the final day? If that's the case, I think Brees signs the franchise tag. No long term contract.

What are your concerns and the likely improvements we will see from the Saints? - Saint M.

This question is just too broad to answer seriously. I will give you a general answer to your general question. My concerns are the linebackers and the secondary. The likely improvements should be the linebackers and the pass rush.
