2013 NFL Free Agency: Saints Agree To Terms With LB Junior Galette

Fan favorite situational pass rusher/potential supernovastar Junior Galette has apparently agreed to terms with the New Orleans Saints on a three-year contract, which will keep the restricted free agent linebacker from hitting the open market on March 12.

I was a few hours behind the times, but saw the news first moments ago, in a tweet from our pal Andrew Juge of Saints Nation:

Then I jumped to neworleanssaints.com and saw the official release, which included these encouraging stats/info:

In 2012, Galette enjoyed his most productive season as he appeared in 16 games with one start at left defensive end and finished with 22 tackles (18 solo), a career-high five sacks, which ranked third on the team, one forced fumble and four special teams stops.

After spending his first three seasons at the defensive end position, Galette will move to linebacker as the Saints transition to a 3-4 alignment.

...which lead me to believe there is absolutely no reason why he's not destined for SUPERNOVASTARDOM in the new 3-4 under Rob Ryan this season. WHODATATTACK, baby!!!!
