New Orleans Saints Sign 2013 NFL Draft Picks Vaccaro, Armstead, Stills, and Johnson

Damn that was fast...

The New Orleans Saints have signed four of their five 2013 NFL Draft picks tonight as the team prepares to begin their rookie minicamp tomorrow.

Kenny Vaccaro, Terron Armstead, Kenny Stills and Rufus Johnson have all signed four-year deals with the Saints according to team vice president of communications Greg Bensel:

I can't remember the Saints ever signing a draft pick this early and certainly not this many of them. Last year the Saints didn't sign their first 2012 draft pick, Akiem Hicks, until June 28th, so they're well ahead of the game this year. Nice work, Mickey!

Defensive tackle John Jenkins is now the only 2013 NFL Draft pick not signed by the Saints.

Vaccaro, 22, was selected by the Saints in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft with the 15th overall pick out of the University of Texas.

Armstead, 21, was selected by the Saints in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft with the 75th overall pick out of Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

Stills, 21, was selected by the Saints in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft with the 144th overall pick out of Oklahoma.

Johnson, 22, was selected by the Saints in the sixth round of the draft with the 183rd pick overall out of Tarleton State.
