Since we all know that the first game of preseason gives us a clear picture of what is to come... here's a little something to counter those who think the sky may be falling after watching one preseason game.
The Saints are currently beating the Falcons, Bucs and Panthers in offense, defense, passing, and rushing. If one preseason game were enough to go off of, the NFC South rankings would look like this:
1 - New Orleans Saints
2 - Carolina Panthers
3 - Tampa bay Buccaneers
4 - Atlanta Falcons
To top it off, New Orleans has the No. 1 ranked defense in the NFL! They only gave up a league-leading 215 yards of offense to the Chiefs last Friday night.
