Saints outside linebacker Martez Wilson is still expecting to be ready to play when the team opens the 2013 season this Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, according to his press agent Pilar Ellis.
@CSCtweet he's doing amazing & itching 2 get back on that field. The plan has been 1st reg season game. I haven't heard anything different

Wilson dislocated his elbow July 29th during training camp practice and has been recovering since. The timetable for his return has always been four weeks, or the start of the regular season, and it appears he's sticking to that timetable. Hans put together a detailed article about his injury and what we might expect at the time it happened.
All of this is good news, considering Wilson is only one of three outside linebackers on the Saints roster following their final cuts this past Saturday.
