Since Steve Gleason revealed that he'd been diagnosed with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gherig's Disease, we've all had one question on our mind.
I'm not talking about whether or not there will ever be a cure or how long will he live. I'm talking about much more important things.
Can Gleason still get a boner?
Don't act like you haven't been wondering. You know you have. It's cool, you can admit it. We all have.
Saturday night on Twitter, while live tweeting during the Saints vs. Eagles Wild Card playoff game, Gleason finally revealed all and hit us with this little nugget of truth:

This is exactly why New Orleans adores the man. Even though he's been forced to deal with such a hideously dreadful illness, he's still got a great sense of humor. Since the very beginning, he's never let's the disease get him "down," figuratively and now literally, we've just learned.
We love you, Steve. You've definitely still got it.
