Saints vs. Panthers Final Score: Saints Take First in NFC South Standings

New, comments

With their 28-10 win over the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football, the Saints take sole possession of first place in the NFC South.

Grant Halverson

It hasn't been pretty this season but the Saints are now in first place in the NFC South. After starting 0-2, including a loss to the Falcons in Week 1, the Saints have had to dig themselves out of a hole to get to this position.

The Saints now have the pleasure of enjoying a three-game home stand. If they can continue their dominance in the Dome, they could very well be 7-4  by the end of November. It won't be easy, however, as they must face tough opponents in the 49ers, Bengals, and the Ravens.

Here are your complete NFC South standings right now.
