Far and away the best quarterback in this year's draft, Manziel has wowed scouts for the past two seasons at A&M. Manziel has the arms strength to make most of the throws at the NFL level. He has a good inner clock, and is able to use his speed to break the pocket and buy time to make a throw. As the first quarterback to ever throw in shoulder pads at their pro day, Manziel once again showed off his skills, completing 44 of 46 passes. For a team just moving on from the failed Blaine Gabbert experiment, Manziel presents an opportunity for a Jacksonville team on the upswing to get immediately better at the starting quarterback position. While some may question his off field antics, there's no denying that "Johnny Football" has star power, and can give instant credibility to a franchise struggling to find an identity. Chad Henne hasn't shown any starting ability in his career, and without veteran running back Maurice Jones-Drew, the Jags desperately need someone with the ability to take over games. That's Manziel.
