With the 58th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints have selected Nebraska cornerback Stanley Jean-Baptiste.
This pick should come as no surprise as the Saints greatest area of need was arguably at cornerback, and Jean-Baptiste had been linked to the Saints for some time now, he even had a visit with the Saints on April 15th. I like the pick and I think he will provide some serious competition for incumbent second cornerback, Patrick Robinson. He may be unfairly judged against the cornerbacks selected above him in the first round, but this guy may just be what Rob Ryan's defense needs. Exciting times, Who Dat Nation!
Now it's time to tell us what you think! Do you love, like, or loathe this selection? Make a selection in our poll and leave us your insight and opinions below!
