Things Tim Howard Could Save: The 2011 Saints vs. 49ers in the Divisional Playoffs

Despite an impressive, record-breaking performance by goalkeeper Tim Howard during the elimination round of 16, the U.S. men's soccer team was unable to defeat a tough Belgium opponent during the 2014 World Cup.

But that didn't stop Americans from kicking a little ass of their own on the internet with the hilarious "Things Tim Howard Could Save" meme.

Inspired by the meme and this comment by our very own vjdancer, I decided to join the fun myself and came up with this photo from the Saints' 2011 Divisional playoff game against the 49ers.

If only Tim Howard was a member of that 2011 Saints squad, things might have turned out drastically different.
