Roger Goodell Resigning? NFL Communications Announces Press Conference at 3:00 PM ET

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will make a statement and take questions from the media on domestic violence issues and the NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy at 3:00 P.M. ET today at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York.

Don't get your hopes up with that title. Of course "sources" on twitter are claiming Roger Goodell will announce his resignation, but don't start the party yet folks. In all likelihood, it is exactly what the "media advisory" says it is. I'm sure it's a PR move for  the NFL, and probable also in response to many questioning Mr. Goodell's absence of late.
