Saints News, 2/3/15: Jahri Evans Had Surgery to Repair Torn Ligament in Wrist

From PFT.Com: Lyons Yellin of WWL-TV in New Orleans reports that Evans had surgery to repair a partially torn ligament in his wrist after dealing with the injury during the second half of the season. Evans is expected to be healthy in time to take part in OTAs. There’s some question about whether he’ll still be with the Saints when those OTAs get underway. Evans is set to make $7.5 million next season and his Pro Bowl selection belied a rocky season as a pass blocker. There’s been speculation in New Orleans about that performance leading to either a pay cut or Evans’s departure from the team, although there’s no sign that the Saints have started pushing on that front at this point.
