Junior Galette, just days removed from allegedly going on a Twitter tirade against the New Orleans Saints from his girlfriend's account, was charged with three misdemeanors on Wednesday, according to TMZ Sports. On July 7 Galette, in what was originally a routine stop, was found to be driving without the proper plates on his Mercedes and on a suspended license.
Galette has found himself in a great deal of trouble since the offseason began, his alleged issues involving domestic abuse, charges of possession of marijuana (which also involved his cousin), and a video surfacing of him fending off a crowd with a belt, most notably him hitting a woman that was charging him from the crowd (all incidents of which many people are well aware).
Galette has been ordered to appear in court on August 10, the same day in which he will be attending a hearing for a civil case involving a domestic dispute. Galette remains a free agent after his release from the Saints.
