Junior Galette Signs With Redskins

The troubled linebacker signs with a franchise that has a recent history of signing talent with questionable character. Great fit!

Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

Former New Orleans Saints malcontent outside linebacker Junior Galette has found a new city in which to unleash his unique blend of insanity and ability.  Today, the Washington Redskins signed a deal with the devil Galette to a one-year contract for a veterans minimum of $745,000.

Galette will follow in the proud tradition of Redskins signings like that of Albert Haynesworth, among others.  Washington will now hope they can get more out of Galette than hassles and headaches.  Good luck with that.

Should Galette actually make the team, avoid a lengthy suspension, and stay healthy, his Redskins will host the Saints in a Week 10 matchup at FedEx Field on November 15th.  Zach Strief and the rest of the Saints will be circling that game on the schedule without question.
