The obvious good news after one half in their second preseason game for the Saints is how well the defense has played. Despite missing pretty much every starter in their secondary, the Saints held the Patriots first offense elm with Tom Brady at the helm zero points.
Here's to hoping the second half will show the same defensive promises. On the other side of the ball, Drew Brees was masterful in three series: 8 for 10 passing, 159 yards, 2 Touchdowns, no picks. Can't get much better than that.
