Saints News, 9/25/15: Drew Brees Playing Status Likely Rests on Friday's Practice

New, comments

From Katherine Terrell at NOLA.com: Brees will most likely be listed as Questionable or Doubtful on the injury report, but privately the team's decision will probably be made before that point. The Saints will practice around 11:15 a.m. on Friday afternoon, and it will be a critical turning point in the decision. Brees did not throw a pass in Wednesday's practice, and while he wasn't available for comment on whether he threw in Thursday's practice (Brees speaks to the media weekly on Wednesdays), it's likely Friday will be the day he tests out his arm.
