ESPN NFL Insider Adam Caplan is reporting that the New Orleans Saints have parted ways with longtime offensive line coach Brett Ingalls.
#Saints coaching changes, per source... OL coach Bret Ingalls (no longer with team), off. asst Kyle DeVan (left for college job)...

Per Caplan's tweet, the Saints also lost Kyle DeVan, their offensive assistant. Ingalls and DeVan are both still listed on the official team website.
Brett Ingalls has been with the Saints for the past six years. His first four were spent coaching the running backs until making the move to offensive line coach two years ago.
Personally, I think this is good news. I think one of the most important things that needs to happen this offseason is a refresh with some of the assistant coaches. Brett Ingalls was definitely on the list. Joe Vitt and Greg McMahon are also on the list. My list, anyway. Things have gotten stale and the Saints just don't seem to do a great job developing some of the talent they've had; much of that is the responsibility of the assistants.
