Saints News, 10/13/16: Cam Newton Participates Fully in Practice

After Monday's abhorrent performance against the Buccaneers, the Panthers look to be getting their star QB back. Cam Newton has cleared concussion protocols and was a full participant in the Panthers' practice on Thursday, making it likely the Saints will not be seeing Derek Anderson on Sunday barring extraneous circumstances.
