The final injury report is out for Week 10’s clash between the Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints, and two of Sean Payton’s players have been declared out for Sunday.
Linebackers Stephone Anthony (hamstring) and Michael Mauti (illness) will not suit up, and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (quad), starting left tackle Terron Armstead (knee), and running back Daniel Lasco (hamstring) are all questionable.
Armstead missed his third-straight practice of the week, while Zach Strief (who missed Thursday) was a full participant. Lasco, Mauti, and Anthony did not practice. Ellerbe (quad) was limited again, and with a suspension looming for safety Kenny Vaccaro, it would be great if the Saints could get him back to somewhat full strength.
For Gary Kubiak’s team, cornerback Aqib Talib (back) and defensive end Derek Wolfe (elbow) were ruled out earlier on Friday. That’s a huge gift for the Saints not having to face two of Denver’s best defenders.
