Falling to 4-5, the New Orleans Saints failed to capitalize on a big opportunity with the Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers losing. Sean Payton’s squad holds the No. 11 spot in the playoff race, which is sure to heat up over the next several weeks. The good news is that the back half of the season is extremely favorable for the black and gold, but they can’t afford to lose many more games.

With wins yesterday, the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks hold firm control on the top spots in the NFC. You can find the full NFL Playoff Picture here.
