The NFL must have turned in some good ratings for Week 14’s Saints-Buccaneers game, because they have flexed the Week 16 matchup between the two teams in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome to the 3:25 p.m. CT time slot.
That’s right. Your Christmas Eve will be either be better or ruined with New Orleans Saints football. The Saturday afternoon lineup was extremely underwhelming already with San Francisco at Los Angeles and Arizona at Seattle for the FOX lineup, and Indianapolis at Oakland on CBS.
Only two games will be played on Christmas, as the Ravens take on the Steelers in Pittsburgh at 3:30 p.m. CT on NFL Network, and the Broncos traveling to Kansas City to play the Chiefs at 7:30 p.m. CT on NBC.
Tickets for Saturday’s Saints game has already dipped to less than $30, not nearly as bad as the Jets and Browns have faced, and with this game moving, it would be safe to assume that attendance will be even lower than originally projected with the team’s record.
