The New Orleans Saints have signed linebacker Erik Harris from the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats, according to Sports Net reporter Justin Dunk.
LB Erik Harris (@E_Harris_31) worked out for #Saints in New Orleans today - his only #NFL workout - and signed right after. #Ticats #CFL

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats happen to be the same CFL team for whom Delvin Breaux played before joining the Saints last year. The two will now be reunited as teammates. Hopefully Harris' NFL career takes a similar trajectory. This is the third straight offseason the Saints have grabbed a Canadian footballer.
The 25-year-old Harris is listed as 6'3" and 225-pounds, playing both DB and LB. He's originally from Pennsylvania.
