Saints News, 3/2/16: Saints Have Cleared the Third Most Cap in the League Through Restructure, Releases

New, comments

After the cut of Marques Colston, the Saints have now cleared ~$17.5 million in cap space. That's third only to the Rams and the Bills, the latter of which cleared a great deal of room with the release of DL Mario Williams. The reactions to Colston's release just keep coming, as Tom Benson has released a statement of his own on The Quiet Storm, which is a rare occurrence for any owner in the league.
