NFL Draft Rankings 2016: Rounding Out the Top 15 Saints Draft Prospects

We reveal players 11 through 15 for our Saints NFL Draft Big Board, as chosen by Saints fans.

Chuck Cook-USA TODAY Sports

After a few days of voting and a total of 109 votes, we now have the next five draft prospects for our Saints 2016 NFL Draft Big Board. Below are players 11 through 15, as chosen by Saints fans in the Canal Street Chronicles community, and their vote totals.

Breakdown of votes for
each ranking interval.
Player Name 11 12 13 14 15 Total
Noah Spence, DE, Eastern Kentucky 17 5 8 12 10 163
Andrew Billings, DT, Baylor 11 13 6 4 6 139
Vernon Butler, DT, Louisiana Tech 9 11 8 6 6 131
AShawn Robinson, DT, Alabama 10 9 5 11 5 128
Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson 13 2 6 4 11 110

After peppering in a few offensive players in spots 5 through 10, we're clearly back on the defense wagon with all five players playing on the defensive side of the ball, and four of them being defensive linemen. I am kind of surprised to see Noah Spence make it to the 11th overall spot on our Big Board, considering his off-field issues. I guess Saints fans don't give a crap about that kind of stuff.  Also surprising is Andrew Billings and Vernon Butler both being ranked higher than A'Shawn Robinson, who has regularly been mocked to the Saints for the past two months with their 12th overall pick.

We'll begin voting for prospects 16-20 very shortly so stay tuned.
