NFL Network is slowly announcing their Top 100 players across the entire National Football League. NFL Network announces groups of ten, starting with 91-100, and working backwards. In the first group of ten was a familiar face to Saints fans: Defensive End Cameron Jordan, coming in at #99.

Our buddy, Cam, came in one spot ahead of Oakland Raiders QB Derek Carr, with Miami Dolphins WR Jarvis Landry and former Dolphin-turned-Bill Offensive Lineman Richie Incognito both immediately following at numbers 98 and 97 respectively. Cam has averaged 9.5 sacks per year in the last four years, with 10 sacks last year to go with 1 forced fumble, 2 fumble recoveries, 5 passes defended, 1 blocked kick, and 45 total tackles. He was also elected to his second Pro Bowl last year, his first coming in 2013 when he finished with 12.5 sacks.
So what says you, Who Dat Nation? Do you think Cam Jordan belongs in the discussion for one of the Top 100 players in the entire NFL? Obviously we all think Cam is incredibly underrated around the league, but is also viewed by many Saints fans as an overrated player who isn't worth his current contract.
