Here’s a look at the New Orleans Saints snap count and playing time percentage leaders from last night’s game against the New England Patriots. (Note: All data is provided by the NFL).
The Saints ran 78 total plays on offense, as opposed to the Patriots 63. Naturally, offensive linemen get the bulk of the reps, but it’s interesting to see that we got a pretty good look at rookie Tommylee Lewis. Also, we thought we saw a lot of Mark Ingram, but he only played in 16 snaps. Most projected starters played under 20 snaps.
