Webb, who was a 4th Round (No. 114 overall) draft choice of the Dallas Cowboys in 2013, has been on several different clubs in his NFL career. Most recently, Webb played for the Tennessee Titans in 2015. His lone interception of his career came against the Saints in last season's overtime contest at home.
Having turned 26 in May, the William & Mary product didn't survive final cuts for the Titans, but looks to give the team some depth. The Saints will be without Delvin Breaux for at least 6 weeks (fractured fibula?, and should also have Sterling Moore in the Week 2 mix against the New York Giants.
