Offseason preparations by NFL teams have been going on for some time, but today’s East-West Shrine Game is sure to get a lot of focus. The New Orleans Saints and its fans should pay close attention, as they’ve found some nine players over the past couple of seasons from this collegiate contest.
Ken Crawley (Colorado), Marcus Henry (Boise State), Damian Swann (Georgia), David Onyemata (Manitoba), Tyeler Davison (Fresno State), Davis Tull (Tennessee-Chattanooga), Jared Dangerfield (Western Kentucky), Daniel Lasco (Cal), and Travis Feeney (Washington) are just some of the current and past players the Saints have found from this game.
Some of these players partaking in the game will absolutely be drafted, but this is also a great opportunity to scout for undrafted talent.
