Saints Owner Tom Benson Taken to Hospital After Victory Over the Bears

Saints owner Tom Benson was taken to Oschner Hospital following the Saints victory over the Bears.

This was done purely as a precaution. Mr. Benson experienced weakness following the game. With attending the HOF dinner and awards, Pelicans, game and the Saints game on Sunday, Tom Benson has had a busy weekend.

Benson was expected to be released to go home after he is evaluated by doctors, Saints executive vice president of communications Greg Bensel said.

"He's fine," Bensel said. "He was just a little weak and worn out."

We certainly wish the best for our 90 year owner. Keep Mr. Benson in your thoughts. Will let you know if anything further happens.
