NFL: International Series-New Orleans Saints at Miami Dolphins Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Here we’ll look at five major NFL news outlets and their weekly Power Rankings to see where the New Orleans Saints stack up week-to-week. Here’s where ESPN, CBS, Yahoo, Bleacher Report and NFL.com rank the Saints after their Week 4 shutout against the Miami Dolphins.

ESPN - #20 (+4)

The Saints entered Week 4 with the second-worst defense, according to FPI, and then pitched their first shutout since 2012. FPI isn't buying into the one-off performance, though, as it only slightly improved New Orleans to the fourth-worst defense.

CBS - #20 (+2)

The defense has turned it around the past two weeks, shutting out Miami Sunday. Can that unit keep it up?

Yahoo - #21 (+3)

Alvin Kamara is really talented (if we’re choosing right now, do you still take Christian McCaffrey, the eighth pick of the draft, over third-rounder Kamara? Probably, but it’s no slam dunk either). The next question is, at what point does he start taking carries from Mark Ingram and Adrian Peterson? He has only 15 carries, but 83 yards. And we’ve seen how explosive he is with the ball in his hands from his 20 catches. You have to assume more work is coming.

Bleacher Report - #18 (-1)

NFL - #15 (+4)

Just like that, the Saints are right back in the thick of things. Sure, New Orleans trails the Falcons and Panthers in the division by a game, but the takeaways were all bright Sunday in gloomy London.Drew Brees continued his efficient play from Charlotte (really, all season), pushing his TD-pass tally to eight -- with no picks, mind you. Rookie RB Alvin Kamara was the sudden fantasy darling of the day, performing most of his duties in the passing game (10 catches). The main story: The emergence of New Orleans' defense, which -- after getting wrecked the first two weeks -- shut out the Dolphins. Could the unit actually be for real? Please?
