New Orleans Saints running back Daniel Lasco suffered a tremendous scare in Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills while covering a kickoff. As he was carted off of the field and left in an ambulance, news traveled quickly that he had feeling in all of his extremities - a good sign. He was also able to fly back with the team, per a report.
This is a hell of a scene.

According to a Monday afternoon Ian Rapoport report, Lasco suffered a bulging disc that will end his 2017 season. The good news is that it is not thought to be career-ending. Lasco, the team’s 7th Rounder from 2016, took to Twitter to thank fans for their support and prayers.
Thank you all for the support and prayers! I️ will get through this and come back better than before... believe that. Love all y’all #WhoDat!

The Saints will most definitely be in the market for another special teamer in his absence, and will likely focus on finding another running back to fill the void. Just three weeks ago, the team worked out Malcolm Johnson and Marquez Williams.
