Week 11 across the NFL has three late games on deck, and we don’t blame you if you aren’t interested in watching an AFC-filled afternoon. Here’s what you’re working with:
- Buffalo Bills (5-4) at Los Angeles Chargers (3-6)
- Cincinnati Bengals (3-6) at Denver Broncos (3-6)
- New England Patriots (7-2) at Oakland Raiders (4-5)
The Bills, who were destroyed by the Saints last week, turn to rookie Nathan Peterman over Tyrod Taylor. That’s right, the New Orleans defense is chasing quarterbacks to the bench. It’ll be interesting to see what happens there.
The hapless Bengals and Broncos aren’t out of the playoff race by any means, but both really need to win to keep things alive, as they’re towards the bottom of the conference. It could get really ugly, or just end up being hard to watch.
Mexico City gets a treat in seeing the Raiders try to solve for Tom Brady and the Patriots as part of the NFL’s International Series. It kind of stinks for the city of Oakland, because well, they’re sacrificing a home game in their final season. Those ratings and revenue though.
