What’s your favorite Saints-Buccaneers memory?

The Saints and Buccaneers have had some very memorable (and not memorable) moments from their rivalry. What’s your favorite?

The New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers meet for the 51st time in their franchise histories when they suit up for Week 9’s Sunday matchup. The black and gold lead the all-time series 31-19, and have split the last four meetings. The Saints are 17-11 at home and 14-8 on the road against Tampa.

These two didn’t start playing each other twice a year until 2002 when the NFC South was formed. The Bucs stay familiar to Saints fans and vice versa, as Tampa Bay got their first ever franchise victory in the NFL against New Orleans after going 0-26 in their first two seasons.

Here’s a few of the better recent moments in their rivalry.

That time Jimmy Graham made Sean Payton tear his MCL and coach from the bench.

When a Junior Galette safety sparked the team’s comeback to win in overtime in 2014.

When Malcolm Jenkins ran down Vincent Jackson and the team had a goal line stand right after.

That same game that saw Joe Morgan do this silliness.

Delvin Breaux made ESPN’s C’Mon Man, and you remember.

That time Jimmy Graham got knocked into next week.

Lance Moore goes Key & Peele.

This. I mean, the long snapper got trucked bad.

These are just some of the many from the past several decades. What’s one of your favorite moments from the series?
