Week 17’s inactive list is out for the New Orleans Saints, as we’re not far away from their regular season finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In this important NFC South matchup, where a victory for the black and gold gives them the division crown, here’s a look at who’s sitting on Sunday.
OT Terron Armstead (thigh)
DE Trey Hendrickson (ankle)
TE Michael Hoomanawanui (concussion)
RB Jonathan Williams
WR Austin Carr
OL Cameron Tom
DE Kasim Edebali
Armstead, Hendrickson, and Hoomanawanui were all previously ruled out by the team on Friday. You’re likely going to see Andrus Peat kick out to left tackle, while Senio Kelemete should assume left guard duties. Edebali was just acquired via waivers on Thursday, so that makes sense. However, two recent acquisitions, Tony McDaniel and John Fullington, will immediately insert themselves into the lineup.
Perhaps this is a game where Al-Quadin Muhammad might be able to see more action, but of course it depends on how things go.
