The New Orleans Saints are tied with the Atlanta Falcons 10-10 at the half. The Saints struck first, with a 34-yard field goal by Wil Lutz. The Falcons answered back with their own 28-yard field goal to tie the game at 3 in the first quarter. Atlanta took a 10-3 lead behind a 1-yard Devonta Freeman touchdown. The Saints tied the game at 10 thanks to a fantastic 26-yard touchdown catch and run by Tommylee Lewis.
Unfortunately, the Saints were dealt a horrible blow by losing rookie sensation Alvin Kamara with a concussion early in the first quarter. Guard Senio Kelemete left the game with an injury as well. Even Defensive End Trey Hendrickson fell to injury in the first half. Hopefully the injuries will stop in the second half and the Saints can take this game that sits right at their fingertips.
