It’s unclear whether or not a draft pick or picks would be included in a potential deal. Clearly, this would be a big get for the Saints - who desperately need cornerback help, among other things. Butler was recently given the high-round restricted free agent tender on Tuesday.
The Titans and Eagles are still reportedly in the race for Cooks, so this is something that we will keep hearing more and more on as today progresses. For what it’s worth, Cooks took to Instagram to post this on Thursday morning.

The Saints also reportedly rejected an offer from the Patriots that involved the 32nd overall pick, but their two front offices clearly work really well together.
