Monday’s NFL Wire report listed a few things for the New Orleans Saints. For starters, Terron Armstead, Max Unger, Dannell Ellerbe, and Senio Kelemete are all starting training camp on the PUP list. All four still count on the active list. Meanwhile, wide receiver Travin Dural (shoulder) passed his conditioning test, which means he will be present for practice. The team also had Willie Snead sign his exclusive rights free agent tender (ERFA), which was worth $615,000.

According to The Advocate’s Nick Underhill, Ellerbe is dealing with a foot injury. Underhill also said that defensive end Hau’oli Kikaha is expected to be ‘good to go’ for camp. Herbie Teope of NOLA.com stated that tight end Josh Hill passed a physical and did well on his conditioning test, and is expected to be in the mix.

Ellerbe’s unavailability is not uncommon to Saints fans, and he’s a clear candidate for being on the roster bubble. Armstead (torn labrum) and Unger (foot) were no surprises, but Kelemete was. The extent of his injury is unknown.

The team’s reporting day for veterans is on Wednesday, with the first practice set for Thursday.
