As you may or may not have heard by now Saints long snapper Jon Dorenbos, reported missing practice with an illness, has been place on the NFL’s NFI. Dorenbos has anaortic aneurysm, requiring immediate surgery. Kudos to the Saints medical staff for catching this. The team is already reported to be looking at other candidates. Mentioned was Bears' LS Jeff Overbaugh.
Also not practicing once again today were, Terron Armstead, Trey Hendrickson, and Nate Stupar. Stephone Anthony was again limited, while QB Chase Daniel, still listed as an ankle, was full.
The Saints will take on the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night.
