The inactive report is out ahead of Sunday night’s prime time showdown between the New Orleans Saints (5-1) and Minnesota Vikings (4-2-1). Only one player was declared out of action for Sean Payton’s squad on the final injury report, and here’s a look at the seven that will sit.
- DL Mitchell Loewen (neck)
- CB Ken Crawley
- OL Jermon Bushrod
- OL Chaz Green
- OL Will Clapp
- DB J.T. Gray
- DL Trey Hendrickson
A Sunday morning report by Ian Rapoport had previously put Crawley out, according to his source. Eli Apple will start at cornerback opposite of Marshon Lattimore. Also sitting is the recently signed Chaz Green, who was brought in after Josh LeRibeus landed on injured reserve.
For the Vikings, they’ll be without some key players, which include CB Xavier Rhodes, RB Dalvin Cook, S Andrew Sendejo, OT Riley Reiff, QB Kyle Sloter, and OG Tom Compton.
Kickoff is right around the corner.
