Saints inactives: Terron Armstead, Brandon Marshall out against Buccaneers

A look at who’s out and who’s in for Week 14’s game against the Bucs.

NFL: Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

The New Orleans Saints (10-2) are set to meet the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-7) as part of eight early kickoffs in Week 14 NFL Sunday action. A win would give New Orleans their 5th NFC South title, tying the Carolina Panthers for most crowns in the division. The Panthers won three straight from 2013-2015, and are the only team to be repeat winners.

Meanwhile, here’s a look at the inactive report for today’s game:

  • OT Terron Armstead (pectoral)
  • DE Trey Hendrickson
  • WR Brandon Marshall
  • LB Manti Te’o
  • TE Dan Arnold
  • OL Will Clapp
  • DL Mitchell Loewen

Armstead was the only player previously ruled out on the team’s final injury report, which was good news for Michael Thomas (ankle) and Ryan Ramczyk (shoulder). The Saints could lean more on the run game with such poor field conditions in the mix, but we’ll see how it looks once we hit kickoff.
