NFL Free Agency: Saints, Jimmy Graham have ‘mutual’ interest in reuniting, Austin Seferian-Jenkins on radar

NFL Free Agency rumors are in high gear, with the New Orleans Saints being a huge part of them. The latest news involves tight ends, as NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that both the Saints and Jimmy Graham have mutual interest in reuniting, with a lot of momentum pointing to it. Also on the team’s radar is Austin Seferian-Jenkins, according to Mike Garafolo.

The Jimmy Graham news isn’t exactly new, as Garafolo talked about this a week ago. Seferian-Jenkins turns 26 in September, and is arguably coming off the best season of his career. The Jets reportedly offered him a 2-year, $8 million contract, which was already turned down. It appears the Saints are looking to upgrade at the tight end position.

Not long before this was the rumored interested in Malcolm Butler and Dominique Rodgers-Cromarite. Of course, the Saints need to get the Drew Brees deal done sooner rather than later, because of that whole lingering $18 million.
